A filter box.
A whole fit problem to solve.

The SV08 MAX project brings a filter housing, mounting system, and return-air ducts together around the printer's enclosure.

The design works around the existing fan locations and roof. Low-profile passages carry the housing and route air through separate paths. Access, assembly, and removable interfaces are part of the same design problem.

01

Designed around the machineMounting and routing are developed for the SV08 MAX enclosure.

02

Designed to be madeSplit components, keyed joints, and service access are considered in the CAD.

03

Developed through reviewGeometry review comes before physical fit, sealing, and airflow checks.

Current stage: design and prototyping. These are design renders. Full assembled fit, sealing, and operating performance still need physical validation. The project is shown as development work; kits and performance ratings are not being offered.

Our material standard

ASA is our
starting standard.

For finished rigid printed parts, ASA is our baseline. We match the material to how the part will be used: heat, sunlight, loading, and fit all matter. Specialty material choices are agreed with you before building.

Big ideas.
Small, useful details.

A niche problem can be as specific as a photo reference frame or the way a hardware assortment fits on the bench. These original design studies show how that thinking becomes a part.

A reference in the picture

Custom applications

Your business has its own way of working.
Your software can, too.

Local businesses have their own ways of working. Tell us where yours gets stuck: a spreadsheet everyone copies, a quote that takes too long, a job passed through text messages, or the same information typed into three places.

01

Quoting & estimating

Tools that bring your inputs, calculations, and review steps into one repeatable process.

02

Jobs & customer records

A clear place for job details, status, follow-ups, and the notes the next person needs.

03

Forms & daily workflows

Focused tools for intake, checklists, maintenance records, and everyday handoffs.

04

Connected information

Import, export, and approved connections that reduce repeated entry where your existing tools allow it.

Purpose-built applications behind the work

We build tools for our shop.
We can build them for yours.

HPFS develops its own applications for the details of custom work—from reviewing a complex model to organizing a job and keeping track of fit checks. That same approach can be applied to the recurring problems in your business.

PrintOps / Job organization

A clearer path into production

Our in-house queue brings print priorities, printer readiness, and job notes together, so we can see what is ready and what needs a decision.

Gaugewright / Fit checks

Measurements with a purpose

Numbered measurement plans and prototype records give fit-sensitive projects a clearer basis for comparison and the next design revision.

PartForge / Model inspection

Look inside the file

A desktop workbench for inspecting complex 3MF assemblies and exporting a cleaned copy, developed for the files that need a closer look.

These are applications developed to support HPFS work. Individual project checks still depend on the actual files, measurements, and review; software alone does not validate a finished part.

We start with one useful outcome, agree on the scope, and build something you can try. Access, data handling, ownership, and ongoing support are part of the project conversation.

  2. 2Agree on a first step

We confirm the fit, scope, price, and timing before work starts.

  3. 3Build, review, refine

Try the design or tool, check it against the agreed need, and work through the details.

  4. 4Keep what works

Agree on the handoff and any next run, installation, or support.
